Crestkey Estates - LOCATION

Crestkey Estates is located along Crestkey Boulevard corner Santa Rosa - Tagaytay Road, Brgy. Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite.

The property is beside the Chiang Kai Shek College at Cathay Land’s South Forbes Golf City townships. The site is a mere one-hour drive from Manila. From Manila, you can take the Metro Manila Skyway Toll Road and via the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). Once you are in Biñan, Laguna SLEX takes the Mamplasan Exit and turns right to CALAX. From CALAX, take the Santa Rosa-Tagaytay Exit. Once you reach Silang, Cavite, take Orchard Drive to the right, and drive directly towards the Crestkey Estate entrance gate (right side). The trip from the Metro Manila Skyway may take you just an hour in average traffic conditions. 

Crestkey Estates enjoys the cool weather of Silang because of its high elevation, comparable to Tagaytay City. The town has an elevation ranging from 210 to 270 meters above sea level. The environment surrounding the estates is still pristine with native trees around the property.

The town of Silang is 23km from Imus; it is 43km south of Manila. It is bounded by General Trias, Dasmariñas, General Mariano Alvarez, and Carmona to the north. The Laguna cities of Biñan, Santa Rosa, and Cabuyao are to the east, while Tagaytay is to the south and Amadeo to the west. The municipality is also home to the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Academy (PDEAA), and the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR). The town is home to the famous Gourmet Farm, one of the first organic vegetable farms in the country. The municipality also hosts the first Korean Temple in the Philippines, located in Brgy. Pooc 2, Silang Cavite. The famous Cabag Cave is also found in Silang. Cabag, which means bat, is one of the town’s major tourist attractions. The cave has an underground river, similar to the one found in Palawan.
